• Overall responsibility for the Healthcare sector within road transport
• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Healthcare team
• Management of daily operations and ensuring high-quality service and transport handling
• Responsibility for achieving the financial and operational goals of the sector
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships as well as active participation in business development
• Identifying and implementing growth, optimisation, and efficiency improvement potentials
• Ensuring and contributing to compliance with customer KPIs and quality and safety standards

• Completed training or degree in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in road transport, ideally in the healthcare/pharma sector
• Proven leadership experience in an operational environment
• Strong customer orientation as well as communication and organisational skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
