Group Business and Cost Controller, 80–100% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Group Controlling team, we are looking for you - a committed, communicative personality with profound financial analytical knowledge.

• You manage a Business Division – this includes understanding the business models, analyzing business development and key figures, as well as deriving relevant financial and strategic insights
• You prepare and comment on reports for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
• You are responsible for cost controlling of parts of the Corporate Center including the development and further improvement of the corresponding reports/processes (including budgeting)
• You contribute to the preparation of the annual medium-term planning
• You independently fulfill ad-hoc tasks and actively contribute

• You have a higher business administration education (university, university of applied sciences)
• You have three to five years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in insurance or asset management
• You have proven experience in cost controlling
• You have strong analytical skills and a structured and goal-oriented way of working
• You are communicative and have very good German and English skills (spoken and written) as well as solid MS Office knowledge and experience with SAP
