Workshop Manager 100% (m/f)

As workshop manager, you are the contact person for customers, you maintain team cohesion and ensure that employees also feel like an integral part of the Robert Aebi family. We all address each other informally, we live a respectful relationship and, to advance the company and employees, we actively exchange and develop ideas.

• Management and coordination of workshop processes
• Lead the workshop team technically and disciplinarily
• Ensure quality and efficiency of maintenance, repair, and servicing of agricultural machinery
• Independent acquisition and follow-up of workshop orders
• Technical advice and support for the team and customers
• Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with regulations
• On-call service

• Federal certificate as workshop manager/techno-diagnostician in agricultural machinery or similar
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical service, ideally with management responsibilities
• Professional experience with agricultural and harvesting machines (preferably John Deere)
• Organizational talent, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
• Class B/E driving license
