About the job
Your tasks with usFor our PUCI'S Bridge branch, we are looking for a host with personality who leads the operation as a branch manager with energy and humor and inspires our team and guests.
- You lead your team in daily business and actively pitch in yourself – whether in sales or also in the kitchen
- You are the first point of contact for your team and ensure smooth operations in shift work (07:00 – 22:00)
- You take on administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, etc.
- You maintain our familiar PUCI'S culture and live it as a passionate host
- You appreciate a well-structured work environment and enjoy implementing operational processes

What you bring to the table
- Several years of experience in gastronomy, ideally with leadership experience
- Joy in Italian food and culture
- You are a born sales talent and also feel comfortable in system gastronomy
- An upbeat, humorous, and team-oriented personality who pitches in, thinks along, and leads by example
- Negotiation-level German skills, good Italian skills, and basic knowledge of English
- You can handle common computer programs well
