Tasks:

You help with your knowledge to find the right product from our range for every customer and give tips on training design

• Individual and expert customer advice on-site and by phone
• Sale of fitness equipment and sports articles
• Processing customer orders and inquiries
• Creating offers
• Handling administrative tasks in the store
• Supporting the service team with delivery and assembly of fitness equipment

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in retail or preferably as a sports and fitness salesperson
• Affinity for sports and fitness
• Knowledge in the sports and fitness sector
• Experience in sales
• Confident handling of customers
• Well-groomed appearance, good manners, and good command of the German language
• PC and internet skills
