Your tasks:As a restaurant manager, you take on a central role in our team. You ensure that the service runs smoothly, stylishly, and at the highest level and are a competent contact person for employees and guests. With your commitment, organizational talent, and structured way of working, you contribute significantly to our guests enjoying unforgettable experiences, the team working harmoniously together, and the operation being run profitably.
- You lead and control all operational processes in the à-la-carte restaurant, as well as in the banquet and seminar area. In addition, you manage and coordinate all reservation processes for the restaurant and the banquet and event area
- You create the drinks and wine list together with the managing director and team colleagues. You take responsibility for the selection of assortments, economic calculation, and market-appropriate pricing within the operational concept
- You are responsible for purchasing, inventory management, and proper care of the wine assortment
- You lead and promote employees, actively work as a role model, and thereby motivate top performance
- You work closely with colleagues from adjacent areas
- You perform various administrative tasks – from duty scheduling, programming the cash register, inventory management, to invoice control
- You actively participate in the planning, organization, and execution of various events – from preliminary meetings, through scheduling, to support on the event day – in close cooperation with the banquet and event department
- You have completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist EFZ, recognized further training in the field, and several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally also in the sommelier area
- You have proven experience in à-la-carte, banquet, and catering areas and know how to implement events efficiently, qualitatively, and outstandingly – from small private banquets to large events with several hundred guests
- You bring sufficient and successful leadership experience in a team size of 10-15 people
- You live your profession: Your passion for gastronomy, service culture, and empathetic hospitality is clearly noticeable and contagious to the entire team
- You have a pronounced aesthetic sense. Whether it is stylish guest interaction, food presentation, or room design – you know exactly which detail makes the difference
- You have experience in complaint management and can handle difficult situations confidently. Always with the goal of maintaining guest satisfaction and trust
- You love to bring joy to people and fulfill wishes – even if they are extraordinary – and make this your passion
- You are a communicative person and succeed well in building and sustainably maintaining harmonious relationships with guests and employees
