What our employees say
And then?
1. Application
2. Interviews
3. Assessment
4. Job offer
After we have reviewed your application documents and your profile matches the advertised position, we arrange a joint interview appointment. In this conversation, you as a person, your experiences, qualifications, and motivation are the focus. We, in turn, provide you with detailed information about our company and the advertised position. If after this conversation both sides are still interested in cooperation, a second appointment for an assessment is arranged. In this assessment, you will receive various tasks in which you demonstrate your professional, methodological, and social skills. Each assessment is tailored to the advertised position so that you can solve practical tasks that you would also expect in a possible employment. This way, both you and we get an impression of what future cooperation could look like.
If the assessment is satisfactory for both sides, you will receive a concrete job offer from us.
