Management Controller in Hospital Logistics
The Hospital Logistics Directorate is looking for an 80% management controller for a permanent contract starting January 1, 2026, to complete its team.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, the CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Hospital Logistics Department's mission is to enable care, teaching, and research units to fully focus on their core activities by providing them with efficient logistical services. The department's management ensures the administrative and financial management of all the services attached to it.
Mission
- You ensure budget monitoring, analyze variances, document their causes, and propose corrective measures
- You collaborate on quarterly closings
- You analyze service productivity and document it
- You participate in budget preparation in connection with control processes
- You produce cross-institutional reporting
- You interpret data from the Data Warehouse (ADISSA/ADIFI) and perform extractions
- You represent Hospital Logistics in institutional projects.
Profile
- You hold a university degree, a HEG diploma, a federal certificate in finance or management control, or an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the financial field; experience in a hospital environment is a strong asset
- You are organized, rigorous, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- You are versatile, adaptable, with a good team spirit and a strong client orientation
- You master common office tools (Word, Excel, SQL, and possibly Access); knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
