Our Ruby Lissi is located in Vienna’s 1st district and is as well connected as its namesake, the adventurous Empress Elisabeth. As a tribute to travel, it comes with an ironic wink. With currently 127 and after expansion 191 rooms, our Ruby Lissi is excellently located between Schwedenplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
We are a rapidly growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in the most exciting locations in Europe and many more projects under construction. We are taking new paths with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

* Take care of small repairs, touch-ups, and maintenance work—from dripping faucets to wobbly chairs
* Keep an eye on our technical systems and ensure everything runs reliably
* Coordinate external service providers and hold the reins when it comes to facility management
* Pitch in yourself with painting and silicone work
* Work hand in hand with our Corporate Office in Munich and coordinate closely with the housekeeping team
* Monitor regular maintenance and safety checks—of course, in close coordination with our Maintenance Manager
* Order what you need for your work—material purchasing is done in consultation with the Hotel Manager
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Are a true all-rounder who convinces with craftsmanship and technical understanding. A completed training in HVAC or electrical is desirable, but your practical experience and versatile skills count more for us
* Have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar role
* Know how to efficiently manage external service providers and keep an overview
* Are really skilled with your hands. Whether painting, electrical, or sanitary work—you pitch in everywhere, find solutions, think ahead, and get things running
* Impress with a confident appearance, good mood, and humor because fun is simply part of work with us
* Are also willing to step in on weekends or evenings because flexibility is not a foreign word to you
* Speak fluent German; English skills are desirable to ensure smooth communication within the team and with international guests

The minimum salary is based on the collective agreement for the hotel industry and depends on experience and qualifications. Overpayment is possible.
