System Manager F-5 / Project Manager AdS F-5

About the job

• Responsibility for the development and execution of services for the F-5 system within the framework of the SLA
• Representation of RUAG towards the F-5 System Team of the VBS, especially towards the System Manager LBA.
• Technical and commercial management of the F-5 SLA, including controlling and reporting
• Internal and external contact point for service delivery within the framework of the F-5 SLA
• Organization and leadership of commercial meetings internally and with the customer (Round-Table)
• Representation of RUAG in the decommissioning project of the VBS and coordination of preparatory tasks within RUAG with the perspective of project manager for the decommissioning from 2028.

• Technical basic training and further education as an HF/FH engineer, process specialist, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in managing complex assignments and/or projects in aviation
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably in a military environment
• Resilient personality with high customer orientation as well as independent, solution- and goal-oriented working style
• Good communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Fluent German and English skills
• Good MS Office skills and good SAP knowledge, especially project mapping and controlling
