About the job

Your contribution to a modern financial industry:

• Consulting: Support our clients in developing institution-wide strategies and in making strategic decisions in risk management and controlling (e.g., syndications, securitization transactions, RWA reduction). Furthermore, you are the contact person for all questions regarding risk management.
• Analyses: Current challenges such as the impact of climate change on credit portfolios or the integration of ESG features into rating systems occupy our clients. Your analyses make these topics calculable and controllable.
• Development: Bring in your expertise to develop methods for regulatory stress tests or cloud-based risk models.
• Solutions: You present your results and their implications to our (international) clients from the financial industry.
• Knowledge: Work together in the team to develop innovative solution approaches or write your own articles and studies.

Your skills:

• Successful university degree (mathematics, natural sciences, e.g., physics, or economics, e.g., economics, business administration, or business informatics).
• Understanding of the financial industry, current trends in banking (regulation, ESG, digitalization, CRRIII) as well as the banking business model and its control mechanisms.
• Analytical skills: Strong interest in large data sets and risk models as well as their analysis and strategic classification.
• Enjoyment in solving complex problems as well as analytical and communication skills - you can inspire people for zeb and your solutions.
