- You process orders in Infios and take over fault management in 1st-level support.

- You have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ – further training as a logistics specialist with FA is a plus.
- You enjoy organizing, have a technical flair, and work independently, reliably, and in a team.
- A 3-shift operation including weekend and holiday shifts fits your lifestyle.
- Cold chain logistics does not deter you – you are resilient and like to pitch in.
- Very good German skills as well as confident MS Office skills characterize you.
