About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Head of Digital Onboarding and ODD to join our team for the Swiss market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing data-driven improvements to optimize digital Onboarding (OB) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) for our Swiss customers.
Responsibilities:
As our new Head of Digital Onboarding and ODD for the Swiss Market, you will play a pivotal role in shaping seamless and compliant customer journeys. You’ll identify and implement data-driven improvements to optimize digital onboarding (OB) and ongoing due diligence (ODD) processes, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our Swiss customers.
You’ll also monitor the effectiveness of both digital and non-digital campaigns within OB and ODD, using insights to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Further, you will:

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Lead Quality, Drop-Off rates, Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) using data from Data Collection Framework (DCF) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Collaborate with local and global colleagues to understand and apply best practices to improve customer communication.

Support the implementation of global OB and ODD initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Contribute to and translate material from English to German and French, so customers understand common AML & KYC issues.

Ensure all customer communication is customer-friendly, up-to-date, and compliant with local standards, as well as optimized based on customer feedback.

Ensure compliance with global and local Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Client (KYC) guidelines.
Your Profile:

Proven experience in digital onboarding and ODD processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze KPIs and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in English, German, and French.

Knowledge of AML and KYC guidelines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
