As an Operational Risk Management Consultant, you will work with industry-leading clients across your sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.
As a freelance consultant, you will work with our team to deliver coaching and support to our clients to help evolve their culture and behaviours when it comes to safety and risk management. This will involve working closely with managers and supervisors on site with the client, supporting and coaching them in the implementation of dss+ methodologies.
Key responsibilities will include;

You will work as a coach to help change the culture and underlying behaviours relating to safety and risk management.

You will be working on the client site as part of the dss+ team - this will involve staying overnight throughout the week

Ideally, you will hold a degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-related field, coupled with experience in management consulting and coaching with previous exposure to operational risk management, safety, and/or culture change.
You demonstrate experience and an understanding of the operational issues in heavy industries such as mining or heavy industry.
You have a deep understanding of safety and operational risk management (ORM) within mining or heavy manufacturing sectors and will be able to leverage that experience in coaching others to adopt new behaviours as part of a new culture.
You will be fluent in Swedish and English and can work in both languages fluently.
