Your tasks
- You independently conduct administrative complaint procedures, especially in migration law, and draft decisions on complaints against orders from offices and departments.
- You participate in drafting laws and ordinances for the government and cantonal council in the department's areas of responsibility.
- You prepare consultations and co-reports on federal and other departments' draft legislation from a migration and procedural law perspective.
- You independently and appropriately draft legally sound responses to parliamentary initiatives.
- You advise offices, departments, and third parties on legal issues and provide qualified legal information within the department's area of responsibility.
Your profile
- You have a completed master's degree in law; a lawyer's license is an advantage.
- You bring professional experience in public administration or the judiciary and have a particular interest in procedural law issues.
- You have a strong professional interest in migration law; you have already completed relevant further training or are willing to continue your education in this area.
- You have very good analytical and editorial skills, especially in the structured processing of complex legal matters.
- You work independently and responsibly, present yourself professionally to stakeholders, and value teamwork.
