About the job
What you can achieve
- Independent processing of incoming mail and emails
- Correction, creation, and dispatch of medical reports
- Telephone information and appointment scheduling for patients as well as communication with doctors
- Administrative support of the medical staff in all organizational tasks
- Processing and recording of registrations for the medical short-term clinic (KUK) Assistance at the pneumology reception (patient reception and admission as well as maintenance of master data in SAP)
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training or training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with further training as a medical secretary or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience
- Experience in writing medical reports and confident handling of medical terminology
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good French skills, and ideally knowledge of other languages (e.g., English, Italian)
- Strong service orientation and a high degree of accuracy and structure in working methods as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to think networked and set priorities correctly
- Very good IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP, clinical software)
- Teamwork skills and a cooperative working style
