Social Pedagogue / Care Specialist
at 60 – 80%
immediately or by arrangement
Tasks you will take on:
You will accompany 8 people with developmental and multiple disabilities in the household, leisure, care, and participation in social life. The concept of functional health provides the basis for this. For two clients, you will take on the coordination role and work with specialist agencies, authorities, relatives, and legal guardians. A team of 8 people in total is looking forward to you.
What you bring:
o completed training as a social pedagogue / FABE / HEP / AGS / FAGE
o appreciative attitude, humorous and stable presence
o supportive, clear communication
o a team-oriented and independent working style
o willingness for irregular working hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
