To support our team in Oberdorf in the Gravel & Recycling area, we are looking for a reliable, motivated, and committed individual to continue ensuring our high quality standards
Your area of responsibility:
- You operate our machines and systems in the storage area as well as in production and loading properly, environmentally friendly, and sustainably according to plan and using GPS systems
- You represent your new employer to our customers in the region and support Holcim in meeting its high requirements for safety, quality, and environmental standards
- You independently carry out maintenance and servicing work on machines and small equipment and assist with reclamation and rough grading planning
- You support the plant during revision and maintenance work including preventive maintenance and reporting as well as in quality assurance of the aggregate grain size
- Your input and work are also required in gravel and recycling production

- You are interested in production and technology, safety is a priority, and new challenges motivate you
- Your goal is to meet the demands on yourself and your team through proactive and independent action and to convince through reliable and structured work
- You love variety, are open to innovation, and like to exchange ideas with others during assignments within the region
- Maintenance, processing, and hydraulics are not foreign words to you, and you are open to digital technology
- In addition to a completed technical vocational training, you ideally already have relevant professional experience as well as training as a construction machinery operator
