Project Buyer

Your mission:
You are responsible for purchasing parts and services necessary for the manufacture of equipment goods used in heavy lifting systems for industry.
You are able to understand and translate technical documents into purchasing needs.
You propose supply solutions adapted to project constraints thanks to technical expertise and critical thinking.
You are responsible for applying the entire purchasing process on these needs, analyzing purchase proposals from our ERP system, issuing requests for quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and drafting all project orders followed.
You monitor and control the progress of manufacturing in terms of Quality, Deadlines, and Costs.
You monitor supplier quality and handle supplier non-conformities.
What you bring:
You hold an engineering or HES degree and/or solid experience in general and/or precision mechanics.
You are familiar with the manufacture of unique, high value-added parts. Knowledge of the industrial sector and a good understanding of the European industrial fabric are a plus.
You demonstrate recognized interpersonal ease, negotiation skills, and the ability to position yourself with interlocutors. You already have successful experience in purchasing.
You are curious and dynamic, interested in new technologies and a multicultural environment.
You have a good command of English (spoken and written).
