You lead the existing customer service as a central hub between customers, sales, and internal departments.

• Professional and personnel management of the customer service team
• Ensuring professional and solution-oriented customer support
• Responsibility for quotes, order processing, and complaints
• Identifying and utilizing sales potential
• Cross-departmental collaboration and internal interface to the sales manager
• Ensuring efficient workflows and reliable processes

You are an experienced leader with sales understanding and organizational strength.

• Several years of experience in the same or a comparable leadership position
• Empathetic, assertive leadership personality
• Sales mentality with a networked way of thinking
• High personal responsibility and willingness to go the extra mile
• Industry knowledge in main or secondary construction trades is an advantage
• Very good German skills, French is an advantage
