Nurse at Tertiary Level A (HF or AKP, DN II) for the Day

To complement our team, we are looking for a nurse at tertiary level A (HF or AKP, DN II) for the day (60-80%) immediately or by arrangement 

Your tasks include:

• Planning and carrying out care
• Planning and evaluating measures
• You are the contact and information person for residents and relatives in emergency situations
• You are the contact person for doctors in emergency situations
• You conduct medical rounds
• You are co-responsible for medication management
• Documentation of care services in BESAdoK
• Assessment of care needs
• You are co-responsible for implementing internal home guidelines
• You are also willing to take on additional tasks

• Have completed training at tertiary level A
• Have great respect for elderly people
• Value commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
• Have a high quality and sense of responsibility
• Have a quick grasp and are resilient even in hectic situations
• Have professional experience in long-term care
• Value appreciative cross-departmental collaboration
• Want to take on a new challenge and responsibility
