Our stylish corporate office in Munich bundles all construction and design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotels.
The central Finance & Controlling department of the group takes care, among other things, of the group's accounting as well as invoicing and payment processing and monthly and annual financial statements.

* Are an important part of an exciting and versatile team
* Take over the administrative support for up to three hotels of the group and are the contact person for the respective hotel managers
* Lead coordination with our external service providers (e.g., accounting, taxes, IT system providers)
* Are responsible for accounting tasks (preparatory including all cash registers and other information systems and follow-up including supporting account reconciliations)
* Manage invoicing (debtors and creditors) and payment processing for your units
* Significantly support tasks related to planning (budget and forecast), including liquidity
* Prepare reporting in your area of responsibility for management and our capital providers
* Take responsibility for the further development of commercial structures, processes, and systems and act as project manager coordinating with involved internal and external parties
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Have completed hotel-specific training and/or a degree in a commercial field successfully
* Have several years of professional experience in the hotel industry as well as in finance/controlling/accounting
* Bring solid knowledge in internal accounting as well as good knowledge in financial accounting, balance sheets, controlling, and inventory management
* Count entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a very pronounced analytical, commercial, and quantitative understanding among your strengths
* Work conscientiously, independently, and with the right amount of attention to detail
* Consider high loyalty and confidentiality a matter of course
* Have good knowledge of accounting systems as well as very good Excel skills and enjoy digital work
* Are fluent in German and English
