- Ensuring high quality standards and continuous improvement processes

- Identification of potentials for cost and resource optimization

Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare with state recognition
- Further training as a specialist for leadership tasks in nursing (FLP)
- Decisiveness, reliability and loyalty
- Team- and service-oriented demeanor
- High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in dealing with mentally ill patients (m/f/d) desirable
