YOUR TASKS:

• You acquire exclusive mandates from existing and potential clients.
• You handle pre-qualified leads with already clarified demand potential.
• You advise companies on demanding recruitment needs in the permanent placement area.
• You identify, interview and accompany candidates until successful placement.
• You guide clients and candidates professionally and reliably through the entire placement process.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed school or vocational qualification.
• Residence in Switzerland (social security and tax law).
• Understanding Swiss German is a prerequisite.
• Good reputation.
• Communication skills, initiative, flexibility and reliability.
• Enjoyment of sales, consulting, recruiting and personal development.
• Experience in recruitment consulting, temporary staffing, recruiting, sales or account management is an advantage.
• Motivated career changers and newcomers are welcome.
