As an Enterprise Architect, you actively shape the future of our digital landscape. In this newly created key role, you take our architecture to the next level – focusing on scalability, efficiency, and innovation. You transparently model the existing system landscape, creating a solid foundation for technological and strategic decisions. Together with internal teams and external partners, you develop sustainable solutions and actively participate in projects. As a sparring partner on equal footing, you ensure that new systems fit seamlessly into the big picture – sustainably supporting our digital transformation. Your workplace is our headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon . Partial home office work is possible.

Your responsibilities:

• In this role, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of the company-wide IT architecture landscape.
• The continuous design and further development of architecture blueprints, target images, and roadmaps are also part of your tasks.
• Business units and IT teams are effectively supported by your expertise in architecture decisions.
• You systematically evaluate new technologies and trends and classify them in terms of their benefit to the company.
• Particular attention is paid to consistency and the smooth integration of systems, applications, and platforms.
• You take an active role in architecture boards and governance structures and ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in (business) informatics, engineering, or a comparable field and several years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise architectures in complex IT landscapes.
• Solid knowledge in modeling business, data, application, and technology architectures as well as a deep understanding of modern IT architectures (e.g., cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps, containerization) are essential for this role.
• You are familiar with an EAM tool and accustomed to representing architecture artifacts in Archimate or UML.
• Your pronounced analytical skills, high problem-solving competence, and communication strength enable you to convince both strategically and operationally.
• With a proactive attitude, willingness to change, and the necessary drive, you know how to motivate others and advance common goals.
• You have the ability to convey complex matters appropriately to the audience – both to technical and business stakeholders.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
