What you can achieve
- You develop and implement new products, recipes, and technologies with a focus on fresh cheese (e.g., mozzarella, cottage cheese, ricotta) as well as selected milk, cream, butter, and powder products.
- You independently plan, conduct, and document laboratory, small-scale, and operational trials and evaluate them thoroughly.
- You continuously optimize manufacturing processes, process specifications, and product properties.
- You provide professional support to production in process management and technological issues.
- You create, edit, and release recipes, specification documents, master data, and raw material specifications.
- You work interdisciplinarily with production, marketing, quality management, sales, technical departments, and customers, and accompany sampling and customer inquiries.
What you bring with you
- A completed education or degree in food sciences, dairy technology, or a comparable field.
- Experience in product and process development, ideally in the field of fresh cheese or dairy products.
- Enjoyment of practical development work in the laboratory and in operations as well as in the evaluation of data and analyses.
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and the ability to develop decision-making bases.
- Interest in new technologies and the motivation to systematically follow trends and transfer them into projects.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented, independent working style.
