For the buildings on the Villigen site with proton therapy and the Park Innovaare, we are looking for a

Your tasks

Management of the assigned team, instruction of subordinate employees in professional, organizational, and safety-related matters
Facility-specific scheduling of cleaning staff
Creation of work and deployment plans in a rotation system with the organization of vacation and short absences in coordination with the management team
Assistance with training and further education, especially in the training and onboarding of new employees with ongoing support
Control of operational hygiene and quality assurance
Monitoring and compliance with guidelines and instructions
Planning of goods flow and machinery park including distribution logistics
Cleaning before, during, and after events, conferences, and exhibitions
Daily participation in maintenance cleaning (a fixed part of the activity)

Your profile

Proven experience in maintenance cleaning with appropriate training as a housekeeping specialist or building cleaner with several years of professional and management experience
Experience and expertise in cleanrooms, hospital hygiene, and laboratories
Willingness to occasionally work on weekends and public holidays
Very good oral and written German skills as well as oral English skills desired, additional languages are an advantage
Independent, reliable, and proactive personality with a strong service orientation
Good, practical IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP)
Driver's license category B

The working hours according to deployment planning are usually Monday to Friday between 5:50 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
