You care for people with dementia at home professionally and respectfully (approx. 20-30 %)
You contribute your expertise and help develop our dementia-specific offerings
Additionally, you take responsibility for the professional care, support, and advice of our clients at home (approx. 30-40 %)
You take over case management and coordinate the entire care process
You coach employees of different competency levels with dementia patients
You work interdisciplinary with employees, specialists, and doctors

Your profile

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
Experience in the field of dementia (with or without further training as a dementia coach)
Enthusiasm and interest in working with people with dementia
Motivation, initiative, openness, and empathy
Driver's license and good driving experience
