We have a new training ward specifically designed to elevate the practical and theoretical teaching material for aspiring nursing professionals to a new level. Health Specialist EFZ 80% with Additional Function as Vocational Trainer
Main Tasks
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Individually adapted holistic care and support of residents
- Resident-oriented support in daily life activities
- Accurate management of resident documentation
- Maintaining contact with relatives and reference persons of the residents
- Primary nursing care
Additional Tasks
- Introduction and training of the apprentice according to the introduction program and checklists
- Responsible for conducting practical learning days
- Recognizing, planning, and implementing learning situations
- Monitoring and documenting work and learning situations
- Implementation of internal training company guidelines
- Participation in the design and continuous development of the training ward
- Close collaboration with the training team to optimally combine the requirements of practical training
Your Profile
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Completed course as vocational trainer
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (level C1)
- Committed and flexible
- Willingness to take on all shifts (except night shifts)
- Organizational and communication skills
- Team player, reliable, and empathetic
- Interest in shaping and further developing the training ward project
