In the role of Operations Management, you will take on the pedagogical and business management of the location and bear the main responsibility for the learners. You will be responsible for the professional and personnel management of the staff as well as for the implementation of the finance, marketing, and personnel strategy. You will work closely with parents and group leaders, as well as with the authorities. Additionally, you will actively participate in projects.

At least 5 years of experience as a daycare manager
