• Professional support of the customers assigned to me, including Italian-speaking
• Coordination of orders and deliveries
• Conducting active sales conversations
• Various administrative tasks such as offers, evaluations, master data maintenance, etc.
• Close cooperation with the field service and internal stakeholders
• First level support for the online shop
• Deputy within the team

My profile

• Confident Italian and German skills in spoken and written form
• Completed training as a cook or baker and/or basic commercial training or further education
• Several years of professional experience in the administrative area or internal sales
• Team player and sales flair
• Good IT skills (ERP, Word, Excel)
• Structured and organized way of working
