- You are the first point of contact for our guests with questions about the offer and premises
- You introduce first-time guests and groups to the casino world
- You actively assist with promotions and tours through the casino
- You participate in internal as well as occasionally external events
- You actively support our gastronomy department
- You appreciate the unconventional working hours (between 4:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.), which mainly take place on weekends and public holidays
- You can preferably guarantee a minimum of 4 shifts per month on weekends
- You have pleasant manners, an elegant appearance, and a well-groomed look
- You are communicative, committed, service-oriented, and work independently
- You can communicate easily in German and have good English skills
