For our client, a trading company based in the Bern metropolitan area, we are looking for a motivated, committed, upbeat personality as a technical purchasing clerk 100%.
Your tasks:
Your tasks:
- Responsibility in the operational area of coffee capsules, machine spare parts, operating materials and packaging materials
- Check demand quantities in cooperation with production planning and place orders in time with national and international suppliers
- Monitoring of delivery dates and invoice control
- Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
- Participation in optimization projects within the supply chain and in the planned introduction of the new ERP system
Required Profile
- Technical basic training or commercial training with a technical flair
- Further training as a technical merchant or purchasing specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage
- Strong numerical flair, networked thinking and knowledge of Excel
- Organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills (B2), French skills are an advantage
- Personality that acts reliably and thinks structured as well as logically
