Activity

You lead a team of 25–30 employees, not just from the desk,

but right in the middle of operations. You make decisions, keep the operation stable

and intervene when necessary. Accompanying trips and assignments in train service

are part of it, as a conscious leadership tool.

Your responsibility

• Stable leadership, motivation, and development of your team
• Duty and vehicle allocation with scope for action
• Confident action in case of deviations, disruptions, and bottlenecks
• Ensuring quality, reliability, and operational safety
• Contact person for employees, internal departments, and partners

Requirements

• Several years of experience in public transport or logistics
• Proven leadership experience and willingness to take responsibility
• High resilience, organizational talent, and decisiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office (IVU is an advantage)
• Driver's license category D or willingness to obtain it
