Your tasks
As a Star Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and convey the first impression of Merbag and Mercedes-Benz. Thanks to your polite and courteous manner, customers feel immediately welcome with us.
Friendly and hospitable, you start the pleasant customer experience in our house. Articulate, with appropriate humor and offering drinks, you bridge the waiting time of our customers and at the same time create a pleasant atmosphere for the best possible Mercedes-Benz brand experience at Merbag.
Thanks to your operational overview, you know important appointments and can always name the appropriate contact person to the customers. As a valuable team member, you also support customer service and the sales team with administrative tasks and, due to your expertise, are also responsible for tasks in the back office and online customer support.
Your profile
We are looking for a person with commercial or equivalent training and good IT skills. Initial professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage. For customer-oriented communication, we require very good oral and written German skills as well as good oral skills in at least one foreign language (E/F/I). You can organize yourself well and are willing to flexibly adjust your working hours within a reasonable framework. You are a resilient and friendly personality even under increased workload.
