- Setting up and operating machining machines for aluminum profile processing
- Planning and performing maintenance and repairs according to specifications (internal/external)
- Participating in the daily shop floor as well as exchanging information with production management, team leadership, and PPS
- Coordinating building maintenance in cooperation with the headquarters in Hedingen
- Ensuring the most disturbance-free availability of the machining machines
- Analyzing causes of system failures and initiating optimizations
- Properly executing the specified process steps
- Maintaining maintenance documentation
Your Profile
- Completed mechanical vocational training (e.g., metalworker, production mechanic, polymechanic)
- Experience in operating CNC-controlled machining machines
- Experience in plant and machine maintenance
- Knowledge in electronics
- Good PC skills
- Good communication skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Own car required for shift work
(early shift 05:00 h – 13:45 h, late shift 13:30 h – 22:15 h, occasionally also Saturday work)
