About the job
Your mission:
- Project Communication: You are responsible for the communicative support of our projects in the field of Work & Inclusion through campaigns, impact stories, as well as media and public relations.
- Brand Identity: You ensure a clear positioning and a consistent appearance, from the landing page to internal and external templates (presentations, reports, mailings).
- Verbal and Graphic Storytelling: You master multimedia storytelling and translate complex topics into clear graphics and illustrations that make our messages and impact tangible.
- Creation of Advertising Materials: You design and create physical and digital flyers, one-pagers, and brochures and coordinate the production process with external partners.
Your profile:
- Experience & Skills: Several years of practice in communication and/or editorial work as well as proficient use of digital tools, social media, SEO, and LLM applications or the willingness to acquire these skills.
- Background: Completed studies, comparable training, or convincing, verifiable successes in communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial "hands-on" mindset with joy in taking responsibility in a dynamic environment.
- Languages: Fluent German (Swiss German and High German) as well as very good English skills; French is a plus.
- Passion: High affinity for our core topics of inclusion and chronic illnesses.
