Job description
As part of the development of our industrial activities in Switzerland, we are looking for an Experienced Methods Engineer - Ceramic Injection (M/F/X).
You will work on industrialization and continuous improvement projects related to ceramic injection processes.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
Provide your expertise on the ceramic injection process in New Product and Investment projects.
Participate in the deployment of new equipment (injection presses, ovens, special machines).
Lead life series improvement projects on existing processes and products.
Contribute to the industrialization of new operations within new product projects.
Participate in technological trials.
Support production in case of process drift.
Ensure technological watch on the ceramic injection process.
Participate in continuous improvement projects on ceramic components.
🎯 Your profile:
- HES Engineer, EPF or equivalent in materials, ceramics, injection, heat treatment or robotics.
Minimum 10 years of experience in injection (ideally ceramic) and heat treatment of components.
Mastery of quality and problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto).
Good knowledge of Office suite; SAP proficiency is a plus.
Proactive, methodical, rigorous profile, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
Adaptability, sense of priorities, and very good oral and written communication skills.
Strong team spirit and good autonomy.
