This is what you can expect
- Introduction and consistent establishment of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps in IT teams
- Anchoring agile principles such as transparency, continuous learning, iterative development, and self-organization
- Individual coaching of developers, testers, product leads, team leads, and executives – tailored to team structure and maturity level
- Design and further development of the agile mindset for various roles
- Conducting training, workshops, and supporting agile ceremonies (plannings, dailies, reviews, retros)
- Accompanying change processes and complex IT initiatives (e.g., technology changes, scaling projects)
- Supporting teams in mastering challenges and growing together
- Measuring the maturity of agile practices and deriving targeted improvement measures
- Building and visualizing KPIs/metrics such as velocity, lead/cycle time, deployment frequency, incident response time, customer satisfaction, team health
- Promoting an open feedback and learning culture throughout the IT organization
This is what you bring
- Several years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in the IT environment (software development, IT operations, DevOps, infrastructure)
- Successful introduction and establishment of agile methods in various teams
- Experience in building and using KPIs and metrics for success measurement
- Solid knowledge of relevant agile frameworks and IT metrics
- Proficient use of tools such as Jira dashboards, Confluence reports, online whiteboards, Power BI
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Motivation to actively accompany changes and make joint successes visible
- Certifications such as CSM, CSP, ICP-ACC or comparable are an advantage
- Willingness for continuous education and active participation in agile networks
