Job Description

Your Tasks:

• Independent handling of worldwide air freight shipments
• Support and advice to our customers to ensure the highest service quality and expansion of business relationships
• Coordination with business partners and our global branches to guarantee smooth processes
• Monitoring and ensuring process quality along the entire supply chain

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in forwarding
• At least 2 years of professional experience in air freight export
• Good knowledge of IATA and customs regulations
• Structured and quality-conscious working style
• Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
