Your Tasks
- Conducting patient interviews and professional therapeutic support
- Independent observation, assessment, and communication of therapy success
- Creation, evaluation, and continuous adjustment of care and treatment planning
- Proper documentation of all measures in the electronic patient record
- Active participation in creating the weekly schedule for patients (m/f/d)
- Participation in multiprofessional meetings for joint evaluation of the treatment process
- Promotion of patients' (m/f/d) social and emotional skills
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d), or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Appreciative, empathetic, and patient-oriented attitude
- Strong creativity, teamwork skills, and flexibility in dealing with patients (m/f/d) and colleagues (m/f/d)
- No prior experience in psychiatric nursing necessary – we gladly provide comprehensive training in caring for people with mental illnesses
