WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will participate in Corporate Finance/Deal Advisory projects on the buyer and seller side
• You will accompany clients throughout the entire transaction process – from company valuation to due diligence to M&A topics
• You will prepare extensive and complex data and content, creating the basis for sales processes and negotiations
• You will create client presentations and conduct thorough market research
• You will support regional, national, and international clients
• You will actively contribute to the nationwide exchange and collaboration within Deal Advisory Switzerland
• You will work closely with internal specialists from areas such as tax and law, fiduciary, auditing, and real estate

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

• You have completed a Master’s degree in business or economics – ideally with a focus on finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
• You bring at least two years of professional experience
• You think in a networked way, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy working with numbers
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have an affinity for data analysis
• You are characterized by high self-motivation and initiative
• You convince with professionalism, resilience, and team-oriented thinking and action
• You communicate very confidently in both spoken and written German and English – knowledge of French is an advantage
