WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will participate in Corporate Finance/Deal Advisory projects on the buyer and seller side
- You will accompany clients throughout the entire transaction process – from company valuation to due diligence to M&A topics
- You will prepare extensive and complex data and content, creating the basis for sales processes and negotiations
- You will create client presentations and conduct thorough market research
- You will support regional, national, and international clients
- You will actively contribute to the nationwide exchange and collaboration within Deal Advisory Switzerland
- You will work closely with internal specialists from areas such as tax and law, fiduciary, auditing, and real estate
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
- You have completed a Master’s degree in business or economics – ideally with a focus on finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- You bring at least two years of professional experience
- You think in a networked way, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy working with numbers
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have an affinity for data analysis
- You are characterized by high self-motivation and initiative
- You convince with professionalism, resilience, and team-oriented thinking and action
- You communicate very confidently in both spoken and written German and English – knowledge of French is an advantage
