What to expect
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of regular marketing reports (monthly reports, budget/actual analyses, forecasts)
- Ensuring high data quality as well as timely provision of relevant key figures
- Analysis of marketing performance and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Support and monitoring of marketing cost centers including variance analyses
- Planning, monitoring, and reporting of advertising and campaign budgets including ROI evaluation
- Further development and maintenance of the marketing dashboard with clear, user-oriented KPI visualization
- Close cooperation with marketing, campaign, and brand teams for the financial management of activities
What you bring
- Completed commercial or business administration training, ideally with a focus on controlling or marketing
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a marketing environment
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as confident handling of data
- Structured, precise, and reliable working style with high care in reporting and analyses
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as very good Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools and marketing metrics is an advantage
- Communication and teamwork skills for clear presentation of numbers
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
