Your Main Tasks

Project Management:

Project management during industrialization including procurement of operating resources (injection molding tools, assembly systems, etc.)
Create schedules, review milestones, and initiate any necessary measures regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
Plan, coordinate, and document qualification and validation activities in the project according to ISO 13485 & ISO 15378
Create work instructions, FMEA, customer-specific documentation, etc.
Prepare specifications and requirements documents
Open and maintain master data in the ERP system until handover to production

Technical Sales Support:

Develop and calculate rough concepts for industrialization including feasibility assessments
Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate offers for injection molding tools and other operating resources
Calculate industrialization expenses based on customer and internal requirements
Present industrialization concepts during customer visits

Your Profile

Basic training as a polymechanic specializing in toolmaking or plastic technology with a higher education in plastic or production technology
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in medical technology, preferably in the plastics industry
Experience with ISO 13485, preferably ISO 14971 & ISO 15378
Fluent in German and English
Experience in the industrialization of automation is desirable
Very good MS Office skills, basic knowledge of ERP and CAD is desirable
