TasksAs a District Manager, you are responsible for the operational and strategic management of several Würth Shops in the Eastern Switzerland region. With a clear focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction, you ensure that your shops operate efficiently and successfully. Your main tasks include:
- Analyzing shop key figures and deriving measures to increase sales performance
- Leading, promoting, and coaching the shop teams through regular performance and employee discussions
- Ensuring optimal personnel and deployment planning in all shops of the district
- Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and processes to comply with company policies
- Promoting collaboration and communication between shops and internal departments
- Ensuring efficient shop management, including inventory management, assortment maintenance, and facility management
- Actively embodying and conveying the company values to your teams
Requirements
- Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ in the hardware sector or similar
- Several years of experience in a leadership position in retail, preferably in the hardware store industry or a similar field, with proven sales responsibility and experience in leading teams
- High communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to manage multiple locations
- Strong organizational skills, especially in personnel and deployment planning, to ensure efficient and needs-based personnel deployment within the district
- Fluent in German, French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel and a valid category B driving license.
