Job Description

• Finance Business Partner for the Customer Service Switzerland area
• Preparation of budget and forecast for Swisslog AG and Swisslog Holding AG
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements and contact person for the audit
• Coordination of collaboration with the Accounting Shared Service Center
• Contact person for local management and the central finance departments of KUKA for inquiries regarding cost and earnings developments
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses
• Cost center controlling including coordination with area and department heads
• Coordination with project controlling on margin developments as well as opportunities and risks in projects and customer service orders
• Participation and contribution to Project Progress Reviews
• Assuming the SAP Key User role for CO

Applicant Profile

• Completed degree in economics (Bachelor or Master)
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling
• Very good SAP and Excel skills, ideally also experience with BI tools such as Power BI
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Initial experience with IFRS accounting standards
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business processes
