The private clinic Meiringen is located in the impressive landscape of the Haslital, in the Bernese Oberland. Here, people with all forms of mental suffering find accommodation, treatment, and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for the inpatient psychiatric basic care of the eastern Bernese Oberland. The work in a psychotherapy ward is a prerequisite for the specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. For the specialist in general medicine, engagement in a psychotherapy ward is advantageous. The activity in our center is creditable for all mentioned specialist titles.

Tasks
Your tasks include case management as well as psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of inpatient patients under the supervision of the senior physician, participation in night and weekend shifts, and close collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Expectations
<ul><li>You have a medical diploma recognized in Switzerland </li><li>Experience in dealing with and treating mentally ill patients is an advantage</li><li>German level at least B-2</li><li>Independent, proactive, friendly, and collegial personality</li><li>Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration</li></ul>
