Your Mission
You ensure that inquiries turn into convincing offers.
With technical understanding, a trained eye for detail, and a structured way of working, you check, correct, and prepare offers precisely, on time, and competitively. You are the central hub between sales, product management, costing, design, and service.
What you specifically achieve
- Analysis and processing of customer inquiries for components and systems
- Technical and commercial review of requirements
- Selection of suitable solutions from our portfolio
- Preparation and timely submission of offers including conditions
- Clarification of technical details, delivery times, and feasibility
- Maintenance and updating of data in the CRM system
- Close cooperation with various internal departments
What you bring with you
- Technical or commercial basic training
- Experience in offer preparation or technical sales support
- Confidence in using MS Office and CRM systems (Dynamics is an advantage)
- Structured, precise, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German skills, French and English skills are an advantage
