The HEKS office in Basel is committed through its program work to equal opportunities, the observance of fundamental rights, and the prevention of homelessness for all in the Basel region. With great commitment and innovation, we promote an inclusive society with active participation of all people.
The Inclusion Circle of the HEKS office in Basel runs five programs that support people with a migration background in establishing themselves in the Basel region and actively participating in society (AltuM Basel, Bridge Builders, Coordination Office Flight and Arrival, Caring Communities, and Vitalina). In some programs, health promotion is an important program content.
From May 2026 we are looking for a motivated individual as
- Collaboration in the programs
- Operational tasks, e.g., deployment planning, statistics, support of assignments
- Development of information and/or communication materials on health promotion topics
- Occasional planning and conducting of workshops with participants or team members
- Writing reports
- Collaboration with program leaders and staff of the Inclusion Circle
- Interest in migration and inclusion topics
- Good communication skills
- First experience in project work
- Initiative and independence
- Appreciative and solution-oriented attitude
- Good IT user skills
- Confident German language skills
- A versatile role in a renowned NGO
