Future HESAV/La Source Graduate Nurse (M/F)

Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for several future HESAV/La Source graduate nurses (M/F) at 100% for our various services within the Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte.

Start date at the end of 2026.

YOU HAVE

• A HES Bachelor in nursing (upcoming).

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Systematically identify the patient’s needs and resources.
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a comprehensive therapeutic project.
• Work in an interprofessional manner with the goal of quality care and respecting a holistic approach to the patient.
